Payments and Financing
Once your payment has been successfully received and applied our Student Support team will have your training and live lab access setup as soon as possible, usually within 1 hour during regular business hours.
In order to create an online training account students need to select and sign-up for their chosen training program. A training account will then be created which contains your course materials and lab access.
Students are advised to use their primary eMail address as their login when signing-up for training. A temporary password will be emailed during the sign-up process which you may then update at any time from within your training portal. For security reasons once a student has changed their password it is kept hidden from LearnTITAN.
You will receive periodic emails containing important information about your training access. Typically, student training accounts are setup in less than one hour during regular business hours and in less than one business day at other times.
At no time does LearnTITAN have access to your credit card information. We utilize Stripe and PayPal to securely process all student payments in accordance with State and Federal regulations, and as such do not have access to or keep any of your financial information on file locally.
At this time LearnTITAN does not provide shippable goods or services and does not charge sales tax to students purchasing our on-demand training solutions.
We have taken the time to establish business credibility with PayPal and are happy to offer our students 0% interest financing through the PayPal financing program. This financing option is provided by PayPal and is subject to their terms and conditions.

On-Demand Training and Live Labs
LearnTITAN is a leading provider of on-demand IT cybersecurity certification training. We currently provide training programs from CompTIA and Mile2®, with additional programs slated for future inclusion into our program.
Many training providers only provide 90 day access to their training materials, with no access to a live lab training environment. LearnTITAN is proud to provide a full 12-months of access to each of the courses and live labs we provide.
Our LIVE labs provide students with a safe environment to practically apply the skills and knowledge they have obtained in their training on real equipment. With browser based, live access to real servers and equipment, students can explore various scenarios and develop real-world skills and a deeper understanding of the training material.
